  • Thanks for the great ideas, Mom. My wife has been bugging me for one of those Ninja Blenders, so I have one on order. I wasn’t sure what to get everyone else, so I decided to get something for the whole family. We all have tablets and smartphones, so I took the advice of a coworker from DISH, and got a DISH Sling Adapter for our home. Once I connect it to our DVR, we will be able to stream live TV and DVR recordings anywhere we go. I am already dreaming of ways to use it; I can’t wait until it warms up again so I can go hang out down at the lake with a fishing pole in one hand and the Rockies playing live on a tablet in my other hand. Sadly, I am sure the kids will monopolize it long before then.
