Why I’m Talking About Kids’ Backpacks During The Holidays

My daughter isn’t unlike me; we all need a wardrobe update every now and again, right? My thing is purses. I get bored easily with my look, or my look needs a change, and I’m always on the hunt for the next great purse. I suppose my daughter is no different, except for her, it’s backpacks.

It makes sense. The other kids may have set a new trend, or she wants to be set apart from the trend. Often, the one from the beginning of the school year starts to fall apart, or they just need a change. Just like we want new purses, maybe Christmas is the holiday for a new Bixbee backpack!

Bixbee backpack for the holidays

The Bixbee Sparkalicious Kids Glitter Backpack – in Ruby Raspberry, of course – is so cute! Ella loves how it sparkles in the sun and I love how it has perfectly sized pockets and slots so she can carry everything she needs with her.

The horizontal design of the backpack makes carrying her Bixbee backpack much more comfortable, as the weight is more evenly distributed. It also works better for shorter gals, like Ella; longer backpacks tend to be more cumbersome for her.

The cover flap pocket opens to a main compartment with plenty of space for books, binders and notebooks. A padded sleeve pocket protects her tablet. The backpack also features three interior organizer pockets hold small necessities like pencils, pens, and crayons.

There are even contoured shoulder straps with cushy padding, five exterior pockets (including a lunch money pocket and water bottle holder) plus an ID holder, which is required at her school for bus riders. Her Bixbee backpack is also made of durable, water-resistant 600-denier polyester so it’s long lasting.

Just like mom, she only wanted to change up her style a bit. But, judging by her reaction to this backpack, I doubt another change will be needed anytime soon.
